Hello! I am The Blue Wizard! Thank you for visiting my page! Huzzah!
First and foremost, I am creating a Wizard Guild! This Guild will consist
of other Wizard users in Neocities. You are able to click the image
above and it will teleport you to a form to sign up for the Guild.
The form will
ask a few basic questions, like what your Wizard title is. Then, the current
members of the Guild (or I alone) will approve you into the Guild, and your
Wizard Bio will be added to the Guild Center. The more active and
well-designed your Wizard site is, the higher chance you have to enter the Guild.
I am also working on creating a monthly newsletter called "The Mystic Monthly Scrolls."
Anyone in the Guild can submit interesting or unique projects or experiences in
image or text form to the Guild Heads, and it will be added to the Scroll. It will be
posted at the Guild Round Table Room for viewership from wandering advertures and guild members alike.
I’ve been working hard on my page here. I’ll be honest, though, getting everything to line up perfectly can get pretty frustrating. I don’t have any formal training in HTML or CSS, so I’m just learning as I go. I try my hardest to make everything work in proper order, but after tinkering with one image for three hours, it can get a little annoying, and I cave and just use position absolute. It allows me to place content wherever I want, but at the cost of the site looking good on any other aspect ratio, like on phones. That’s okay, though. I’ve got to start somewhere. Just like in game development, if it works, it works. I doubt my page will be viewed a lot by mobile users. My only concern is someone browsing with a smaller window, but I can always have a warning on my page, I guess. Trying to get wizards to join the guild has been tough lately. I’ve been reaching out, but a lot of users don’t seem to use their pages very often, and many of the magic and wizard pages haven’t been updated in quite a while. I try to leave a recruitment request on their guest books, but no luck so far. I had another idea today. I saw someone mention something called a “webring.” It’s basically a button on a person’s site that randomly takes you to another person’s website that’s in that group. That would be perfect for the Wizard Guild. For example, in the Round Table Room, if you click the crystal ball, it will take you to a random guild member’s page. On their page, the crystal ball will be there again, and you can click it to go to another guild member’s page. Something like this could unite us all and be used only by the guild. It would be great to have some kind of community, even if it’s small. Maybe I’m just too hopeful about what people are willing to do. Blue Wizard, out. 02/02/2026
I started an Etsy shop recently. I have been getting into modding Game Boys and other handhelds. I am currently in the process of adding an Atomic Purple Game Boy Color with an IPS screen to my shop. At the moment, though, I currently have an original Game Boy DMG in purple with white accents (including the screen) and an IPS display. The screen is so much better than the original, it's crazy! The pixels are sharper, and you get to adjust the color theme. The screen itself is even bigger than the original too. I am going to attach an image below to show it off. I want to grow the business as much as I can, but investing in the consoles and the kits to upgrade them is a pretty steep cost. The longer I can't sell them, the longer I don’t have the money, so I have bided my time. I think the Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance will sell really well. Anyway, another update: I added some more art to the site. Everything is looking pretty nice, and a few other wizards have reached out recently, so things are looking great!
